What data we collect, how we use it, and what control you have. No hidden small print.
1. Information we collect
We collect what you give us at signup: name, email, organization name, and password (stored hashed). We also collect reference photos you upload to generate characters and, if you design a custom voice, the description parameters (not your audio). By default we do not process audio recorded by you.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to: create and maintain your account, process payments via Stripe, generate characters / voices / scenes / videos with AI, improve the service, and communicate with you about your account or relevant changes. We do not use your content to train our own models.
3. Data storage
Your data lives on Google Cloud infrastructure. Generated images and videos are stored with private access and served via short-lived signed URLs. Custom voices stay in ElevenLabs until you archive the character.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell your information. We share only the minimum necessary with the providers that make the platform run: Stripe (payments), ElevenLabs (voice), Fal.ai (image / lipsync), Google Cloud (storage and infra), and our transactional email provider. Each receives only the data it needs for its specific function.
5. Your rights
You can access, edit, or delete your information at any time from your account. For full deletion (account + ElevenLabs voices + GCS assets), email hola@blackmedia.mx and we process it within 30 days.
