By registering and using Avatari, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Avatari is an AI-powered character and scene generation platform. Users upload reference photos and the platform generates variations and images based on those references.
3. Credits and payments
The service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable once used. Credits do not expire. Prices may change with prior notice.
4. User content
You are responsible for the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you declare that you have the necessary rights or permissions. You must not upload illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Images generated by the platform are your property and you may use them for commercial purposes. The platform, its code, design, and brand are property of Avatari.
6. Limitation of liability
Avatari is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific results in image generation. We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
