Terms of service.
The ground rules between you and Avatari. Short, clear, no traps.
1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up and using Avatari you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Avatari generates AI characters, voices, and lipsync videos up to 30 seconds from reference photos and a script. Output quality and availability depend on external AI providers and may vary.
3. Credits, subscriptions, and payments
The service runs on credits. There are two kinds: (a) monthly subscription credits that renew each period and expire at the end of the period (no roll-over); (b) one-time pack credits that never expire. Consumed credits are non-refundable. Cancellations are handled via Stripe Customer Portal and are honored through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice.
4. User content
You are responsible for the photos and scripts you upload. By uploading them you declare you have the rights or permissions over the material. Illegal content, offensive content, impersonation without consent, or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual property
Generated images and videos are yours and you can use them commercially (subject to clause 4 regarding rights over source material). The platform, its code, design, and brand belong to Avatari and Black Media.
6. Limitation of liability
Avatari is provided as-is. We do not guarantee a specific outcome on every AI generation. If a generation job fails due to a platform or upstream provider error, credits are automatically refunded. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
